Translate this opinion into English.

We booked a service to travel from Buzios to Ilha Grande. The service is provided by two providers: the first to go from Buzios to Galeao Airport in Rio de Janeiro, and the second to go from Rio to Ilha Grande. Both companies also provided us with the boat passes to take us to the island. Both companies contacted me the day before to confirm the trip, location, time, and luggage allowance. Everything was excellent! Opinion translated. Show original.

The transfer from Buzios to the airport was horrible, the bus was too cold. I asked the driver to turn up the temperature and he very arrogantly said no. My children and I arrived with a cold. A very bad trip. The waiting time at the airport and the lack of clarity of what to do, considering how bad we felt about the previous trip, was excessive. But the trip from the airport to the island was good and comfortable.

They did not pick us up at the address indicated, they referred us to another provider who told us that we had to move to a certain location that was more than 15 minutes away on foot. It was not an easy journey and we had to make it with our luggage, being 11 people and at 2:00 am, they brought forward our arrival time by 1 hour and they arrived 30 minutes late, the same delay as the bus that picked us up at the Rio airport to go to Isla Grande.

Translate this opinion into English.

You outsource the service without informing the client. We hired Civitatis to forget about the transfer from Buzios to Ilha Grande. The pickup time was at 7. Around 8 pm I received a WhatsApp from someone unknown telling me that they would come at 5 in the morning to take me to the airport. I thought it was a mistake and almost cancelled the trip. When I arrived at the airport another unknown company appeared without any indication of where I should go. In short, everything was poorly organized.
